This issue really impacted me. The story about the little boy who spilled red punch on the carpet made me think of how often my parents have shown love for me, how often they have reacted with love to my mistakes. So many times I came away from negative experiences feeling better and wanting to improve because I knew my parents thought I could and they would do anything to help me be the best I could be. It all makes me think that’s how I want to raise my children.
